Daniel Farber is the McKnight Presidential Professor of Public Law at the University of Minnesota and the Sho Sato Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author or coauthor of five books, including Eco-pragmatism: Making Reasonable Environmental Choices in an Uncertain World and Desperately Seeking Certainty: The Misguided Search for Constitutional Foundations, both published by the University of Chicago Press, and Desperately Seeking Certainty: The Misguided Hunt for Constitutional Foundations, coauthored with Suzanna Sherry.
